Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active SECRET Clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and interfaces.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and verify advanced mechanical systems and weapon subsystems.
• Lead design reviews and produce documentation.
• Procure, assemble, and test prototypes to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and cross-train other engineering fields.
• Collaborate with modeling, simulation, manufacturing, and program leadership.
