Qualifications

• Lead the full proposal process from concept to delivery for custom, high-impact programs.
• Own all aspects of proposal development, including ideation, narrative writing, pricing, formatting, and presentation delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage pricing, logistics, and on-site coordination during pre-sale and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the proposal process from concept to delivery for high-impact programs.
• Lead pricing, formatting, and presentation delivery for client proposals.
• Coordinate vendor outreach, site inspections, and tariff management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align proposals with client goals and destination opportunities.
• Maintain communication with Sales and Strategic teams throughout the pre-sale phase.
• Adjust program scope, budget, and logistics to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
