Job summary

Cohera, based in Orlando, seeks a Senior Design and Development Coordinator to craft proposals and design experiences for corporate events. You will collaborate with Sales and the Design & Development team to shape client offerings, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate documentation for execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years work experience with at least one year in hospitality.
• Experience in proposal writing, event design, hospitality, or creative services is a plus.
• Advanced proofreading and strong organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management across projects.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improving work quality.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Manager or Director in developing proposals and pricing using pre-built tariffs, with potential customization.
• Support Design & Development in producing client proposals by creating shells and supporting documentation.
• Write and adapt creative descriptions for client-facing materials (activities, venues, restaurants).
• Maintain direct communication with Sales during the proposal phase (discovery calls, meetings, site visits, presentations).
• Conduct initial vendor outreach to confirm availability and gather service information for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain holds for venues and vendors during sales, releasing or confirming as needed by program stage.
• Participate in site inspection planning and execution, supporting logistics and vendor coordination.
