Job summary

Cohera seeks a hospitality-oriented Creative Studio Manager to bring client briefs to life through creative storytelling, design, and strategic messaging for a range of corporate events.

You will assist design leads, develop compelling proposals, and ensure DEIA and sustainability principles are embedded in client solutions while collaborating with a passionate team to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Qualifications

• Five+ years total work experience with at least two years in event proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding the mechanics of a meeting/event to propose solutions.
• Experience creating complex, executive-level proposals.
• Experience on executive level client calls and presentations.
• High creativity with inventive solutions.
• Team player who can work independently as needed.
• Strong organization and time management; multi-tasking.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist DDMs in developing client-centric proposals with storytelling and design.
• Assist DDMs in site inspections and strategic planning.
• Conduct market research to align proposals with client needs.
• Incorporate DEIA and sustainability into proposals and accounts.
• Provide infrastructure support for multi-destination programs.
• Develop Capabilities Decks and Case Studies for presentations.
• Support SAT accounts with internal creative direction resources.
• Collaborate with Design Directors to allocate resources appropriately.
