• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes with clarity and discipline.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic partner for future work.
• Mentor and guide project team members to support growth and success.
• Collaborate with principals and partners on strategy, fees, and staffing.
• Coordinate outside consultants and review technical deliverables for quality.
