Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in the A/E or MEP sectors, a PE license or equivalent, and REVIT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution is required.
• Professional licensure, certification or accreditation is required.
• LEED Accreditation or related certifications are encouraged.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the A/E or MEP industry.
• Knowledge and experience in REVIT software.

Responsibilities

• Guide multidisciplinary teams in exploring solutions and developing technically sound design solutions that support project goals.
• Oversee the creation and coordination of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration.
• Contribute to the evolution of departmental standards and quality practices to elevate firmwide outcomes.
• Build a collaborative project team culture with accountability and open communication.
• Participate in business development activities and client engagement to grow the firm.
• Serve as a discipline leader coordinating with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality milestones.
