Michael Page seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing preconstruction team in Raleigh, NC. You will develop conceptual budgets, design-build estimates, and detailed cost analyses for complex commercial projects, collaborating with preconstruction, operations, and PM teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction estimating, with a track record in conceptual and design-build estimates, and experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience in conceptual and design-build estimates preferred.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or complex projects preferred.
• Onsite work in Raleigh, NC required.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual budgets and design-build estimates.
• Analyze drawings, specifications and project documentation to estimate costs.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and project management teams.
• Prepare competitive and comprehensive proposals for prospective clients.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support pursuit of healthcare, life sciences, assisted living projects.
