AECOM Hunt seeks a Design Manager to lead design coordination on design-build projects, coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty systems with construction execution on-site in Gary, IN. The role serves as the key liaison among design teams, construction teams, owners, and trade partners.

Requirements include a BS in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management and 8 years of relevant experience; professional licensure and BIM/VDC proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• BS Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of design, construction or design-build experience or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design coordination & integration across architectural, structural, MEP and specialty systems.
• Act as primary interface between design teams, construction teams, owner, and trade partners.
• Coordinate with preconstruction and field teams to incorporate constructability and phasing.
• Promote BIM/VDC workflows and ensure design deliverables align with schedule and budget.
