• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Active PE license in Washington State.
• 15+ years of experience managing complex civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with design-build or other alternative delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance.
• Coordinate integrated design-build teams including engineers, contractors, consultants, and subs.
• Establish goals, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules and budgets, identify risks and actions.
