Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York is seeking a Product Management professional to collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing Offices, Factories and Mills to ensure product integrity from sample through bulk production.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to support seasonal priorities, resolve product issues, and maintain alignment on key milestones and deliverables across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of garment manufacturing process and product development.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Airtable seasonal base across product lifecycle.
• Track KPIs to monitor progress against objectives.
• Support lead times and activities from development through store delivery.
• Partner with Product Testing to meet RL standards.
• Maintain development and production costing; communicate costs.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and supply chain on production status and schedules.
• Identify and escrow risks related to delays or material availability; propose solutions.
