Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Marketing, Dermatology, to lead strategic marketing initiatives in Horsham, PA. This senior role is responsible for brand strategy, messaging, and cross-functional execution across professional, consumer, and patient channels.

The DOM will manage a P&L, partner with Sales and Medical Affairs, and drive annual marketing plans while overseeing a team of marketing professionals. Travel up to 25% domestically will be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years business experience with at least 8 years in marketing.
• Proven leadership abilities and organizational leadership required.
• Experience directing advertising agencies is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated strategic plan for Dermatology brand.
• Create annual Marketing Plans and implement product/service innovations.
• Lead a cross-functional team and manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Analytics and External vendors to execute activities.
• Monitor performance and adapt strategies to market changes.
