nTech Workforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) solar projects from planning through closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, estimating, construction, scheduling, cost, contracting, and operations while partnering with external developers and customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience in the energy sector and a proven track record of managing baselines, budgets, and safety

Qualifications

• Degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of dedicated project management experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end projects within the energy domain, specifically DER solar initiatives.
• Experience managing project baselines, budgets, schedules, risk logs, and safety protocols.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical organizations (engineering, estimating, construction, contracting, operations).
• Strong analytical capability to detect variance, establish recovery plans, and remove roadblocks.
• Exceptional leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management with effective cross-team communication.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of DER solar project delivery from initiation through closeout.
• Direct and manage scope, schedule, baseline budget, safety, risk, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, estimating, construction, scheduling, cost, contracting, ops, developers and customers.
• Monitor performance metrics to detect schedule, cost, or scope deviations early.
• Develop and execute recovery plans to meet commitments and remove barriers.
• Serve as central point of contact within a multi-disciplinary team.
