Qualifications

• Master's degree required in higher education, educational leadership, business administration, public administration, or related field; earned doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in higher education administration, academic affairs, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior academic leadership, strategic initiatives, and institutional operations in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the Division of Academic Affairs.
• Coordinate academic programs, budgeting, policy implementation, and accreditation support.
• Prepare executive reports, strategic analyses, and communications for senior leadership and external partners.
• Lead divisional planning and drive initiatives aligned with the university's Academic Strategic Plan.
