Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to manage day-to-day execution of the DIA SIA-3 IDIQ, coordinating task orders, staffing, and performance across analytic teams and mission partners.

The role requires 8+ years of DoD/IC program experience, PMP, and active Top Secret/SCI clearance; duties include reporting, briefings, and serving as PM designee when needed. Hybrid work in Reston, VA with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
• Strong operational management and coordination experience.
• Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.
• Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
• Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
• Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and elevate issues as needed.
• Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
• Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
• Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
• Act as PM designee when required.
