Nightwing is seeking a talented Deputy Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in a unique mission space. This role collaborates with the customer, the project integrator, and engineers to ensure requirements and timelines are met.

The position requires a technical bachelor’s, 5+ years PM experience, PMP, TS/SCI with poly, and strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills to drive performance across dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day
• Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with collaborative project management tools.
• Managing global dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Single POC for contract performance.
• Leads team project execution.
• Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
• Tracks & reports program metrics (Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).
• Ensures systems meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
• Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel.
• Establishes training plans to evolve skills and avoid single points of failure.
• Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers for decisions.
• Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and stakeholders.
