Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead a network engineering team in a mission-focused environment. You will coordinate with the customer, project integrator, network engineers and architects to ensure systems meet requirements and timelines.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across global teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Strong teamwork, team management and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with collaborative project management tools.
• Managing global dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Single POC for contract performance.
• Leads team project execution.
• Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
• Tracks & reports program metrics: Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality.
• Ensures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
• Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.
• Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.
• Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making.
• Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.
