PJM Interconnection, LLC seeks a Deputy General Counsel to provide strategic legal leadership across regulatory, commercial, and policy matters. This role advises executive leadership, oversees attorneys, and coordinates with Governmental & Member Services to advance PJM’s priorities before courts, agencies, and legislative bodies in the United States.

Qualifications

• JD required with 15+ years of legal leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in electric industry and FERC regulatory matters.
• 10 years in regulatory, commercial, litigation, energy or related legal areas.

• Oversee state and federal regulatory policy activities.
