Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to a US State Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of direct legal experience, including a mix of private practice and in-house roles.
• Broad experience as a legal generalist (contracting, IP, licensing, regulatory, employment, and global compliance).
• Background in life sciences industry (pharma, biotech or medical device) or related manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full contract lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements with clients, vendors and partners.
• Lead corporate governance initiatives and manage a diverse, high-performing legal and compliance team.
