Responsibilities

• Deliver Concierge Services experience through proactive communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for deployment programs.
• Establish productive relationships with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings and provide transparent project status, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate deployment activities across manufacturing, engineering, operations, service, and commercial teams.
• Maintain alignment between customer schedules and internal milestones.
• Track site readiness, material availability, access requirements, and deployment milestones.
• Conduct deployment planning and site readiness reviews to identify risks.
• Monitor project deliverables and closeout requirements.
• Lead project closeout reviews and customer feedback discussions.
• Identify and mitigate procurement, manufacturing, logistics, scheduling risks.
• Coordinate escalation and cross-functional resource engagement.
• Uphold safety culture and complete required safety training.

Skills
