Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst in Hartford. You will serve as the liaison between Aetna and DSOs, advising on dental products and contract language while supporting leadership, providers, sales and marketing to meet KPIs.

You will negotiate provider contracts, analyze data for cost savings, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues. Travel up to 10% is expected as part of expanding the network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility toward changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all levels with focus on cost-of-care strategy.
• Data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider issues urgently.
• Recruit providers to expand network and meet access needs.
• Flag early warning signs of issues to management.
