ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Demo Designer IC3 to deliver polished design artifacts using advanced Figma craft, prototyping, and storytelling. You will partner with design, product, engineering, research, and storytelling teams to clarify problems, explore solutions, and deliver compelling product experiences.

Qualifications

• BA, BFA, or equivalent practical experience in Product Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Design Communication, or related field.
• Advanced Figma skills including component-based design, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and patterns.
• Experience translating customer needs and strategic direction into narratives, demos, and leadership-ready presentations.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate design rationale and tradeoffs.
• Experience building high-fidelity concept screens, clickable prototypes, and visual systems.

• Demonstrate advanced Figma craft with component-based design, auto layout, variants, and prototypes.

• Iterate on design solutions from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes with cross-functional feedback.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, AI tools, and code-assisted workflows.
• Create proofs-of-concepts to evaluate emerging AI experiences and future directions.
