Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, economics, supply chain management, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or customer supply chain experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration calls with sales accounts and incorporate customer insights into the forecast.
• Participate in S&OE processes to reflect pacing and RDC changes.
• Present forecast updates to senior commercial leaders with Design Planner.
• Conduct root cause analyses on forecast errors and recommend actions.
• Support improvements to forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
