Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Demand Planner to own end-to-end demand forecasts for brand/market sets in a hybrid environment (Europe/UK Reading). You will drive governance, lead Demand Review discussions, and partner with marketing, finance and supply to translate plans into actionable forecast strategies.

Required 3–5 years in Demand/Supply planning with a data science mindset; APICS/IBP desirable. This role offers cross-functional exposure and growth within a global consumer health portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end demand forecasts for brand/market set.
  • Adhere to planning calendar and forecast governance.
  • Lead demand discussions in Demand Review and IBP forums.
  • Challenge inputs with fact-based analysis and scenarios.
  • Analyze historic trends, macro drivers, and portfolio dynamics.
  • Identify demand risks and opportunities; propose mitigations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, finance and supply teams.
  • Ensure reliable execution of demand plans with supply organization.
  • Understand product portfolio lifecycle and forecast/tracking approaches.
  • Establish and report KPIs for demand planning accuracy.
  • Evolve processes with best practices and tool usage.
  • Lead building blocks in Demand Review and drive forecast value add.
  • Support targeted customer reviews for critical activities.

What you will do

Demand & Supply Planner

Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities

  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying challenges and propose effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end demand forecasts for brand/market set, ensuring accuracy and transparency of assumptions.
  • Ensure full adherence to planning calendar, IBP cadence and forecast governance.
  • Lead demand discussions in Demand Review and serve as the primary planning voice into IBP forums, influencing cross-functional alignment and decision making.
  • Challenge commercial, marketing and finance inputs using fact-based analysis and scenarios.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of historic trends, macro drivers, market trends and portfolio dynamics to strengthen the demand signal
  • Identify and communicate demand risks & opportunities; recommend mitigation or capture strategies.
  • Partner closely with marketing, commercial, finance and supply teams to translate business plans into forecast assumptions and inventory strategies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for supply organisation to ensure reliable execution of demand plans and to support service
  • Have a deep understanding about the portfolio in E2E perspective and use appropriate forecast and tracking approach in life cycle management (NPI, Disc, PIPO)
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning accuracy and efficiency. Continuously evaluate and refine demand planning processes, incorporating best practices to enhance results
  • Collaborate with implementation and effective use of demand planning tools and software to improve forecast accuracy
  • Leads teams to achieve expected forecast value add (FVA) by incorporating/refreshing building blocks in Demand Review
  • Targeted customer reviews to support execution of critical commercial activities
Education

University Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics. Supply Chain certification (APICS/IBF) desirable

Years of Experience

3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP
