Job summary

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own end‑to‑end demand forecasting for a designated region within a hybrid work setup. You will partner with commercial, operations and supply chain teams to align plans and drive consensus.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with PowerBI and Oracle Planning Cloud, along with a passion for cosmetics and skincare. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with a company‑wide bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or merchandise planning; retail or CPG experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills required; PowerBI and Oracle Planning Cloud experience preferred.
• Strong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder alignment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for cosmetics and skincare.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning for an assigned region, supporting the wider team.
• Create and manage top‑down and bottom‑up forecasts for wholesale and retail.
• Lead regional forecast reviews with international and domestic teams.
• Lead forecasting for new product development, sampling, and gratis.
• Own forecast accuracy metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to monthly S&OP, align demand with supply and finance.
• Coordinate allocations and gratis requests for inventory.
