Job summary

RHI Magnesita is seeking a high-energy Demand Planning professional for North America, remote. The role focuses on owning the demand forecast, analyzing trends, and driving accuracy across Sales Units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting or analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, IQC concepts.
• Familiar with IBP, S&OP, S&OE processes.
• Analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with large data sets and deriving insights.
• Effective communication and independence in work.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the demand forecast for assigned Sales Units.
• Analyze historical demand, trends, and inputs to develop forecasts.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and forecast gaps.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Support IBP, S&OP, and S&OE processes with insights.
• Develop reports/dashboards and improve data quality.
