Job summary

Corsair, headquartered in Milpitas, CA, seeks an experienced data analytics and demand forecasting professional to lead multi-level forecasts and drive inventory strategies for hardware and gaming products.

You will own forecast data, perform trend analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine assumptions and improve forecast accuracy. Knowledge of Oracle SCM and Power BI is a plus; 8+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and data analysis; Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to articulate the rationale and calculation behind forecasts.
• Self-motivated and able to handle ambiguity in a global, fast-paced organization.
• Aptitude for blending quantitative and qualitative data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience; 8+ years in data analytics/forecasting.
• Experience using Oracle SCM Applications; Power BI a plus.
• Experience in computer hardware, peripherals, and gaming is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven analysis to generate forecasts at multiple aggregation levels for 12-month horizons across product families.
• Review trends, research demand drivers, and analyze promotions and events.
• Own forecast data, reports, and manage gaps in weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand assumptions; provide insights for forecast models.
• Use Oracle Cloud SCM as the primary forecasting system tool.
• Contribute to inventory strategies with cross-functional teams for existing items, new products, and transitions.
• Generate and manage NPI forecasts from ideation to launch.
• Contribute to EOL strategies including markdown and product-positioning.
• Prepare reports and presentations; drive continuous process improvements.
• Work with Demand Manager to consolidate regional plans and validate data accuracy.
• Support S&OP monthly milestones and forecast inputs; assist day-to-day transactions as requested.
