Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or related Supply Chain roles.
• Experience with SAP/Fiori and SAP planning modules.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience participating in or leading S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts for assigned customers and plants.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models, trend analysis, and market intelligence to improve forecast reliability.
• Analyze complex demand patterns and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings for locations and present demand assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias) and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Planning, and Customer Service to align demand and capacity.
• Identify emerging demand risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead customer demand reviews, including program launches and ramp-ups.
• Manage forecasting activities for new business and growth opportunities.
• Act as planning SME for assigned customers and product lines.
• Drive process improvements within SAP, Fiori, forecasting platforms, and planning workflows.
• Mentor less experienced planners and support planning best practices.
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
