We are looking to hire a Senior Demand Planner immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Demand Planner executes the demand forecasting strategy for a medium-volume and medium complexity portfolio, accountable for $500+ million of annual sales revenue. In addition to strong analytical and statistical experience, this role also requires collaboration and multifunctional partnerships with functions such as Finance, Marketing, and Sales. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills with the senior levels across the organization. The position participates in the monthly Commercial Review/Consensus process within the IBP framework and the Supply review meetings. The senior demand planner provides key business insights regarding short-term and medium-range volume forecasts for Marketing, volume outlooks for Sales, along with leadership in developing volume projection assumptions, risks, and opportunities for the business. This role supports Product Life Cycle management through supply chain forecasting, error detection, and resolution. Providing accurate forecasts and reducing forecast bias enables McCormick to deliver predictable financial results and ensure cost, service, and working capital goals are met.

Base Salary: $87,910 - $153,870
