We are the Clinical Trials Division (CTD): We Supply Hope that Changes Lives - Remote

CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech clients worldwide, ensuring patients receive the right therapies at the right times. Our services include project management, packaging, distribution, transportation, specialty logistics, supply management, clinical supply optimization, and bio-repository storage.

Discover Impactful Work:

The Sr Demand Planner leads the design, implementation, interpretation, and review of inventory management plans to forecast supply for global clinical trials, ensuring continuity of patient supply efficiently and effectively.

A Day in the Life:

• Act as an informal leader, seeking process, tool, and resource improvements.

• Mentor and guide new hires and less experienced planners, serving as a role model.

• Contribute to User Requirement Specifications for IRT medication management modules and participate in User Acceptance Testing if needed.

• Review IRT strategies to support supply plans and optimize settings.

• Partner with project managers and clients to share key data for effective planning.

• Ensure temperature excursion processes are performed as required.

• Establish and maintain financial forecasts and billing processes for complex projects.

• Participate in video calls and keep cameras on to foster connection, especially for remote employees.

As Demonstrated By:

Project Management

• Understanding customer needs, target markets, and value propositions; gathering feedback to meet expectations.

• Clear, organized communication and effective documentation of findings.

Keys to Success:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or operations management preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• At least 5 years in supply chain or planning, managing global design and logistics, preferably in clinical programs.

• 4 years accepted with an advanced degree.

• Knowledge of clinical supply requirements and development phases preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
