Job summary

Talos Automation in Indiana seeks a Senior DeltaV / Rockwell Automation Engineer to lead design, development, and commissioning of process control systems across customer sites. You will work with Emerson DeltaV and Allen‑Bradley PLCs, mentor junior engineers, and ensure safe, reliable automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial automation and process control.
• Strong hands-on DeltaV DCS experience.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix/CompactLogix).
• Ability to read electrical drawings, P&IDs, and control narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and commissioning of process control systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Emerson DeltaV DCS applications.
• Design, program, integrate, and troubleshoot Rockwell PLC systems.
• Develop control strategies, sequence logic, HMI/alarms, and documentation.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and field troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
