Responsibilities

• Lead and support DeltaV DCS engineering and automation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configure and troubleshoot DeltaV Control Modules, Equipment Modules, Phases, SFCs, and Sequential Control.
• Develop and modify DeltaV graphics, HMI displays, alarms, trends, and process-control strategies.
• Participate in system integration, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, IOQ/IQ/OQ, and automation validation activities.
• Develop and review Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, control narratives, test protocols, and related technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with CQV, CSV, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Process, and IT/OT teams.
• Support automation upgrades, system modifications, continuous improvement, and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure automation systems and documentation comply with GMP/GxP and site requirements.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DeltaV Automation Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on Emerson DeltaV experience to support automation engineering activities for a major biopharmaceutical manufacturing project.

This role requires a strong technical professional who can independently support DeltaV DCS configuration, programming, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, startup, and validation in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Strong experience working with cross-functional engineering and validation teams
