Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Delphi (Object Pascal) development experience.
• Strong experience with Delphi VCL and/or FMX frameworks.
• Extensive experience working with Firebird Database.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications built using Delphi.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using Firebird Database.
• Analyze existing application architecture and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.
• Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, views, and database schemas.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
