Job summary

A software development firm in California seeks an experienced software developer specialized in Delphi and C#. The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience programming in Delphi and C#, along with strong skills in SQL Server and TSQL. The role also requires understanding IIS/Webservice and participating in the software lifecycle. Excellent communication skills are necessary. This full-time position includes health benefits, vacation, and a 401K plan.

Job description

• Work with other engineers, developers, architects, QA, system engineers and product managers in solving new and existing technical issues
  
• Understand requirements, implement designs, provide administration tools and documentation for specific projects
• Develop in Delphi VCL and C#.net environment, developing web and client server applications. C, C++ experience is a plus.
• Participate in Design and Code Reviews
• Follow and enhance existing development processes
• Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability
• Maintain ownership of the projects assigned
• Consistently meet project deadlines

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of Delphi and C# programming experience
  
• 3+ years of experience in general software development methodologies
• 3+ years of direct experience in SQL Server
• Strong experience designing and developing database applications with TSQL.
• Strong understanding of IIS/Webservice.
• 3+ years experience with .NET required
• trong experience in all aspects of the software lifecycle including design and testing
• Ability to understand and start projects quickly
• Team-oriented experience highly desired
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
