Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Project Manager (Delivery Management) to lead large, high-impact client engagements across full software development lifecycles. You will blend program leadership with consulting acumen to drive value, strategy, and measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will shape governance, drive delivery excellence, mentor teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful transformation and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years leading enterprise technology delivery programs or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and interconnected workstreams with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Define and evolve delivery methodologies, standards and tools for sustainable delivery.
• Influence C-level stakeholders to shape program vision, priorities and investments.
• Develop long-term client engagement strategies leveraging market insight and emerging technologies.
• Manage program budgets, risks, and reporting to ensure transparent governance.
