Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Delivery Management Specialist to lead execution of Task Delivery Orders and coordinate cross-functional teams across logistics, facilities, and mission support. The role requires coordinating with Government stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will develop plans, monitor performance, and mentor staff while upholding program management best practices, with a TS/SCI clearance and extensive DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years of government program operations experience.
• Experience with DoD or similar agencies.
• Experience managing Task Delivery Orders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to brief senior government/military leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Task Delivery Orders.
• Coordinate project execution across logistics, facilities, mission support, and operations.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, milestones, and metrics.
• Monitor cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate resource and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare executive briefings and status reports.
• Ensure contractual deliverables are met on schedule.
• Mentor personnel and promote PM best practices.
