Job summary

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 15+ years in government program operations, with experience briefing senior government and military leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years of experience supporting government program operations.
• Experience with DoD, Joint or Special Operations environments.
• Experience managing Task Delivery Orders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to brief senior government and military leadership on program performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Task Delivery Orders supporting Government missions.
• Coordinate project execution across logistics, facilities, and mission support teams.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and performance objectives.
• Monitor cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
• Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary interface with Government customers for assigned activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor performance and integration.
• Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and KPIs.
• Ensure contractual deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support transition planning and operational readiness initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges and improve delivery.
• Lead after-action reviews and implement lessons learned.
• Mentor personnel and promote PM best practices.
