Job summary

VML in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Managing Director, Delivery to lead a large military-sector program—an enterprise technology, product, and creative initiative with strict government compliance.

You will lead the program management team, drive cross-track coordination, advance SAFe maturity, and turn strategy into governed execution while ensuring delivery against commitments. You will manage budgets and pricing with an ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in delivery / program leadership (PMO or client leadership).
• Hands-on SAFe evolution experience with Large Solution and/or Full SAFe.
• Enterprise/cross-track leadership on multi-disciplinary programs.
• Comfort with cloud tech and compliance-heavy delivery (AWS, govt).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery capability and coach the PMO team.
• Own enterprise, cross-track program view and dependencies.
• Evolve SAFe from Essential to Large Solution or Full.
• Oversee scope, pricing, budgets, and profitability.
