Job summary

Trovata is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise engagements and drive end-to-end implementations. You will ensure delivery quality, scale across teams, and maintain margins while coordinating with partners.

You will lead staffing, forecast demand, coach Delivery Managers, and help shape practice strategy in a fast-growing fintech environment. Remote-first work is supported.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in delivery/program management or professional services leadership.
• Experience in Enterprise Treasury Management System or fintech professional services.
• Experience overseeing third-party or partner-delivered implementations.
• Strong track record managing P&L-adjacent metrics: resource management, utilization.
• Proven people leadership: hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Executive presence and comfort operating as a senior stakeholder.

About The Role

This role runs a portfolio of engagements or a few large strategic implementations, with expanded responsibility for practice-wide staffing, implementation methodology, delivery quality, health of current engagements, and margins — including oversight of partner-led delivery.

What You'll Do

• Run a portfolio of engagements or manage a few large, complex implementations end-to-end.
• Manage a portfolio of customer engagements, maintaining visibility across both active work and broader account initiatives.
• Facilitate engagement cadences with customers to track progress, align priorities, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Develop and maintain project plans outlining milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Monitor services utilization and ensure engagements remain aligned with contracted scope.
• Surface delivery risks early and coordinates resources to resolve blockers.

• Provide partner delivery oversight — govern and quality-check work delivered through implementation or systems-integrator partners, ensuring it meets Trovata's delivery standards.
• Own delivery quality and financial performance (margin, utilization) for the practice or program area.
• Serve as the escalation point for the highest-risk engagements from a delivery standpoint.

• Own delivery staffing: resource allocation, capacity planning, and hiring input across Delivery Managers and their teams as the organization grows.
• Coach and develop Delivery Managers / Engagement Managers as the team grows.
• Partner with the Head of Professional Services on practice strategy and forecasting.
• Own or contribute to delivery methodology and governance frameworks used firm-wide.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in delivery/program management or professional services leadership, with people management experience.
• Experience in Enterprise Treasury Management System or fintech professional services required.
• Experience overseeing third-party or partner-delivered implementations.
• Strong track record managing P&L-adjacent metrics: resource management, utilization.
• Proven people leadership: hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Executive presence and comfort operating as a senior stakeholder in client and internal leadership conversations.
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
