This role is a remote work-from-home position and can be performed anywhere in the continental US or at our locations in Utah, Arizona, or Colorado.

Who You Are: An experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle management. You excel at managing multiple priorities, coaching teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of technology initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, promote continuous improvement, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve blockers. You understand that each team has unique workflows and can adapt Agile principles flexibly to meet their needs.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across multiple software development teams, focusing on cloud and on-prem infrastructure performance and integrity. Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to define roadmaps, set expectations, and track progress. Develop and maintain structured delivery plans, capturing dependencies, risks, and blockers. Support teams in managing work within Jira and other tracking tools.

• Facilitation of Key Team Ceremonies: Ensure visibility during daily stand-ups, assist in sprint planning, collaborate on backlog refinement, and guide sprint retrospectives to identify and implement process improvements.

• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Implement tailored planning, execution, and tracking processes. Leverage Agile and structured methodologies to optimize delivery, help teams break work into manageable increments, and identify efficiency opportunities.

• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Provide weekly updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing dependencies and proactively removing blockers.

• Performance & Metrics Tracking: Track KPIs such as Completion vs. Commitment percentage (target ≥80%), Cycle Time (<10 workdays), Sprint Backlog Horizon (≥3 sprints), and 100% Vulnerability Remediation. Use data insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or Agile coaching in a tech environment.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure management teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects using Agile, iterative, and structured methodologies.
• Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience in hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and change management.
• Background supporting Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
