Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in New York state is seeking a Dispatch/Delivery Supervisor to plan and dispatch local deliveries to wholesale customers, coordinating a team of drivers. You will act as the link between accounts, the store, and drivers to ensure maximum service and high performance standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in retail automotive service, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail automotive service, preferably parts department or dealership.
