• Strong hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server in a production enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level L2 platform support for the Delinea PAM platform and related services.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.
