Persistent Systems Limited is seeking an experienced PAM Support Engineer in Iselin, NJ to manage Delinea Secret Server and maintain enterprise PAM services. You will ensure security, availability, and governance while supporting access management across the organization.

The role requires 7–10 years IT experience with hands-on Delinea expertise, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with IAM, security, and IT teams. Hybrid work and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience with 6+ years in Privileged Access Management.
• Delinea Secret Server experience in enterprise environments.
• Onboarding, discovery, password rotation, vault administration and policy configuration.
• Experience integrating PAM with AD/LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, MFA, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24x7 availability, reliability, and performance of core PAM services.
• Administer Delinea Secret Server including onboarding/offboarding privileged accounts.
• Configure account discovery, secret management, password rotation, and approvals.
• Monitor platform health, investigate alerts, and address performance issues.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for PAM incidents and requests.
• Implement disaster recovery activities including failover testing and DR documentation.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, and infrastructure teams to strengthen access controls.
