Job summary

Dignitas Technologies, LLC. in Orlando seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to guide the full lifecycle of military simulation systems. You will lead technical efforts, partner with government stakeholders, and ensure delivery across requirements, design, integration, and testing.

The role demands collaborative leadership, strong communication, and experience with AGILE processes and Unity-based development. Hybrid work is possible; on-site collaboration may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, test, verification).
• Experience with AGILE development; Scrum certifications a plus.
• Experience with development in high-fidelity game engines (Unity preferred).
• Experience working with government customers and DoD processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery orders from initiation to completion for military simulation system applications.
• Define system-level requirements aligned with customer needs.
• Design architectures and ensure integration across subsystems.
• Develop and execute verification and validation plans.
• Coordinate milestone testing with government customers.
• Prepare CDRL documentation per DD-1423 and DID.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
