Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking an on-site analyst to support the National Guard Bureau J8 at the Pentagon or the Herbert R. Temple Army Readiness Center in Arlington, VA.

The role leverages expertise in the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS) to review and develop strategic documents, assess plans, and analyze global force management and joint force design and experimentation. The candidate will prepare reports, briefings, and project deliverables, engage with senior leaders, and may participate in

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen required.
Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Must be analytical, detail oriented, and highly organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint and MS Teams preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Support NGB J8 review and development of strategic documents, plans, and GFM products.
Assist in staffing actions, correspondence, and military advice.
Collaborate across NGB JS and DoW to maintain relationships and anticipate requirements.
