Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Advisor to shape the program strategy for a U.S. Navy readiness and sustainment effort. The role involves data‑driven analysis, end‑to‑end readiness metrics, and drafting actionable analytics and dashboards using AI/ML where appropriate.

The candidate must possess a broad domain expertise across maintenance, supply chain management, and total force management, with a focus on strategic direction and senior client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; six years of additional related work experience allowed as substitution.
• Fifteen (15) years of related experience with twelve (12) years direct experience in MPTE or related government/contractor manpower, personnel, education and training fields.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and U.S. Citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior advisor to the Government and provides support to the customer on program/project operations.
• Determines the adequacy and acceptability of evolving program/project plans and change management strategies, and molds processes and operations to improve the customer business methodology.
• Applies knowledge of business management principles, organizational structures, and information management techniques to formulate long- and short-term management plans designed to achieve the outcomes desired by the organization.
• Analyzes in-place business, operational, and financial processes and management relationships.
• Identifies and recommends programmatic approaches to redefine, plan, organize, design, develop, and modify current practices and processes.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Performs tasks that require both practical experience and theoretical, state-of-the-art, technical knowledge in a specialty area.
• Must demonstrate a broad scope of expertise sufficient to support an entire domain of client operations-maintenance & supply chain management, total force management.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering
