Job summary

You will lead complex software initiatives, incubate new products, and align executive expectations with Agile execution, delivering value through controlled scope, cost, and schedule. Role requires 15+ years in mission software delivery, cutting-edge DevSecOps practices, and experience briefing senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Software/Systems Eng.
• 15+ years of progressive technical/leadership experience in digital modernization.
• Ability to brief executives with concise, data-driven narratives.
• Experience building/running CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps; Jira/GitLab/Azure DevOps familiarity.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach matrixed technical teams on full lifecycle modernization.
• Maintain program control measures—backlog, vision, roadmap/IMS and Agile integration.
• Deliver software releases or services on a predictable cadence with measurable value.
• Translate solutions into detailed engagement plans aligned with Agile/DevSecOps/MBSE.
• Partner with capability leaders to mature AI/Software/MBSE offerings and sustain velocity.
• Lead Software Factory toolchain stand-ups; govern AI/ML lifecycle with risk controls and policy compliance.
