Job summary

Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Travel may be required; the salary range is 107,500 USD to 204,500 USD and reflects experience and location.
Qualifications
- Experience leading Agile software development teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain team cadence, and support predictable delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and using them to drive team improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
- Experience supporting sustainment and new feature development within Agile teams.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility is required on day 1.
- Typically requires STEM degree with 8 years of experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
