Job summary

The Boeing Company in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a highly experienced Program Manager for the PTES program under BDS. You will lead cost, schedule, technical, and risk management for a world-wide ground system delivering secure SATCOM capabilities to the U.S.

Space Force, with an Agile CICD approach and cross-location leadership. As a key leader, you will coordinate with the government customer, manage a 150+ team and external suppliers, and ensure cybersecurity compliance while traveling up to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
10 years of program management or large-scale projects.
Experience leading teams or projects to successful completion.
Experience with SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall and CI/CD in a program management capacity.
Experience presenting to executive level leadership.
PMP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports to achieve results.
Responsible for cost, schedule, technical, and risk management of the PTES program and worldwide delivery of the ground system to the U.S. Space Force.
Lead a diverse team of 150+ personnel and manage external suppliers.
Oversee work at multiple locations across the US (CA, CO, MD, MA).
Lead Agile teams with an Integrated Master Schedule and CICD cadence to deliver mission-ready capability.
Collaborate with government customer to manage scope, cost, schedule and backlog for mission threads.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
