Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of project planning experience.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manages a project within the engineering department through staffing recommendations, budget development and control, engineering project management, and personnel task management.
• Interfaces with the appropriate engineering department and ensures engineering changes are communicated to stakeholders.
• Provides a single point of contact between the Engineering Development Team and the Program Office for status updates and issue resolution.
• Ensures department and program goals and objectives are met.
• May interface with customers through presentations, technical interchange meetings, or other communications.
