Job summary

Wilcox Industries Corp. in Newington, NH, seeks a Senior Program Manager to guide complex defense programs across the full lifecycle, mentoring program managers and coordinating product development from strategy through production sustainment.

You will lead a staff, align projects to the business roadmap, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and communicate progress to the leadership team while pursuing external partnerships and ongoing client engagements.

Qualifications

BS in engineering, CS, or related field, or BA in business with 10+ years’ experience leading highly technical projects.
Excellent project management skills to develop and execute program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Proven track record in complex technical programs, preferably in the defense industry.

Responsibilities

Manage a staff of Program Managers to deliver products and services that meet customer expectations.
Keep leadership informed of all program progress and milestones.
Set objectives, assign tasks, budgets, and timetables for goals.
Align project outcomes with the organization’s business roadmap and goals.
Communicate strategy to the project team and ensure alignment with goals.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
